Following the Ecometrica rebrand I wanted to make their website easier to navigate and also have a stab at simplifying the carbon reporting process. My aim was to create an easy to use tool that lived above the fold on the homepage for free, democratising the knowledge and expertise they had. They knew from their research that most small to medium sized companies didn’t have sustainability professionals in house therefore the reporting fell onto the finance and HR teams, neither of which really had the time to work out which acronym they needed to comply with. Using their team of sustainability analysts they worked out every reporting path and outcome for NAM, UK and EMEA. Ultimately the tool openly told the user what and when they should be complying, leading to more warm inbound leads than Ecometrica had ever seen in the past and built trust with prospects before they even spoke to them. Below are just a few slides of the finished tool, the final version was in excess of 200 options.
